Celebrating Success – Graduation Bloemfontein & Gauteng

On 10 March 2020 Amandla had a graduation ceremony for a first group of Bloemfontein learners who successfully completed their Public Administration Level 3 Qualification. A total of 18 learners obtained their Qualifications and this very enthusiast group showed great drive to work as team and made the evening a very special event for all that attended.

On the evening of 11 March 2020, it was the turn of our Gauteng learners to be awarded their qualifications. The event was held at the Bryanston Country Club and was a key milestone in the learners’ studies. It was celebrated by the learners, their guests, Amandla staff and Amandla’s invite guests.

The Wholesale and Retail Education and Training Authority (WRSETA) was represented by Sir Jephrey Nene – Regional Manager Gauteng South. A total of 116 learners graduated on the Wholesale and Retail Qualification Level 2.

Public Service Sector Education and Training Authority (PSETA) was represented by Shivanthini Nagalingam-Potter–Chief Operating Officer (Acting). A total of 56 learners graduated on the Public Administration Level 3 qualification.

The evening had many proud moments for the friends and family attending the event. Sir Nene and Ms Potter both delivered inspirational messages to the learners as guest speakers during the ceremony.

From Amandla’s side we would like to thank all the learners for sharing their journey with us, the Seta’s for their support and the staff and facilitators who added value to the lives of 190 individuals who are now equipped with new skills and capabilities.
